This workshop will explore: What meditation is and why it’s helpful The science behind meditation How to meditate The concept of mindfulness Several different types of meditation How to create your own meditation practice at home

You’ll experience various types of meditation including mindfulness meditation, walking meditation, the body scan and a delicious chocolate meditation you won't want to miss!

If you’d like to learn more about meditation and build it into your life, this workshop is for you. No experience needed, just come as you are!

All equipment plus complementary herbal tea is provided. You’ll also receive resources to help you put what you learn into practice afterwards.
